Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hello@heybeauty.life) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and test items as you would in a physical shop. Doing so does not affect your right of withdrawal. We may, however, charge for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. cosmetics or supplements whose protective seal has been broken after delivery) are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) no. 3 BGB. Unopened sealed items can of course be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we refund the purchase price (including standard shipping costs of the original order) within 14 days using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.

How to return

  1. Email hello@heybeauty.life with your order number.
  2. We confirm the return address and any reference number.
  3. Send the items back in their original packaging.
  4. We process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Final wording of the statutory withdrawal instruction and model withdrawal form should be reviewed by legal counsel.
