What we use

Hey Beauty uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your language and cart, and — only with your consent — measure anonymous usage to improve the product.

Categories

• Strictly necessary. Authentication session, cart, language preference, consent state. These cannot be switched off because the service does not function without them.
• Functional. Stores quiz answers, local skin journal entries and UI preferences on your device so you can return to your routine.
• Analytics (opt-in). Anonymous events such as page views, quiz completions and checkout funnel steps. Disabled by default; enabled only after explicit consent.

Managing your choices

You can update your consent at any time from the cookie banner or under Account → Preferences. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Third parties

We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising cookies. Where a third-party processor is involved (e.g. payment, email delivery), processing is bound by a data-processing agreement and limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
